not bad could be better

I lived in the Glenn for a few years, at first it was pleasant and quiet , then it started to get over crowed with new construction , the owner increased the rent by a large amount with nothing in return for the residents.
the out door stairways stay dirty , people speed through the complex
Residents are permitted to park their utility trailers , campers , broke down cars and basically use up far more parking that most apartment communities allow , leaving no room for residents to park or... have one guest over
its starting to look low end . the staff seems nice enough but unable to handle the add on problems

This place is by far way above the rest. We love it here .The people here are all so nice and professionals. We will never leave.

Could be way better

Heavily contaminated with dog poo. You can not walk outside without stumbling over dog poo. It is nasty. The sod that was installed when the buildings were built probably expensive has been let go and is now just weeds and clover. Not a good place for kids, cars fly in and out, only a matter of time until someone gets hurt.
