751 N Indian creek Dr 30021
They are so rude in office and they don’t have maintenance. I have my AC t work for three months and my kitchen lamp doesn’t work for six months.

Glad I Moved
No overnight dropbox to pay your rent.
Management takes it's time with most things, it took them a month to resolve a black mold issue.
You will have roaches although the severity depends on your neighbors and the building you are in.
Occasional shootouts and shootings even with "Security"

A COMPLETE MESS
ROACHESSSSSS everywhere. The community is dirtyyyyy trash everywhere in every streeet. Maintenance smokes in the homes that are not being lived in . Just horrible
