Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book and stay at our properties. Our homes are equipped with noise and smoke detectors to maintain a safe environment. Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for safety and protection. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and if evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be charged. Parties are not allowed at any of our properties, but production shoots and photo shoots are permitted with prior written approval from the host.
