HVAC Nothing happened. I just moved in and was given a dirty filter that hasn’t been replaced in over 60 days . Which caused my bill to spike dramatically. I expressed this and had no follow up . If it was my responsibility to replace , I would expect maintenance to add a comment to let me that, instead of closing out a request 5 days later with nothing said . Very disappointing and inconsiderate .
