Hvac outage A/C system went out over the weekend of 7/17. Could not trace the problem. Corey and the other maintenance personnel were able to locate the problem by Tuesday. In the interim, maintenance location a window unit to cool of the apartment. A response and resolution, as always. End result: working A/C during hot summer days.

Leaking water from bathtub hot water knob and shower. And, the refrigerator door wouldn't close properly. Your maintenance personnel did an outstanding job in the bathroom. However, the refrigerator door still wouldn't close properly.

HVAC Nothing happened. I just moved in and was given a dirty filter that hasn’t been replaced in over 60 days . Which caused my bill to spike dramatically. I expressed this and had no follow up . If it was my responsibility to replace , I would expect maintenance to add a comment to let me that, instead of closing out a request 5 days later with nothing said . Very disappointing and inconsiderate .
