Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. However, pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The above-ground pool is shared between units and is open until October 1st, though it is not heated.
