The front porch opens right up to Lakebottom Park, which has a great gravel path around the outside for walking and running. As you first enter the home, you'll notice elegant crown-molding above, complimented by classy decor throughout. The living room has a sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space if needed. All three bedrooms have access to the hall bathroom. Bedroom 1 has two full beds and a mantle above the fireplace. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin daybed. The kitchen is fully equipped with flatware, bakeware, mugs, and a drip coffee pot for all your cooking needs. The house also has a rear entrance that opens up to a wood deck with built-in benches and a fully fenced-in backyard.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
Located in a cute, residential neighborhood with mature trees, you have access to Lakebottom right outside your door. With restaurants and grocery less than a mile away, it's everything you will need and more!
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
