The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left at the property.
