Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.

Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violation of quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided, as there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left.
