Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge applies if signs of smoking are found. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or furnishings will be the guest's responsibility.
