This simple 2-bedroom cottage offers a modest and functional place to stay. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, chairs, and a Smart TV for relaxation. A dining area sits just off the living room, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, ideal for preparing basic meals. Both bedrooms feature queen beds for a comfortable night’s sleep, and the shared bathroom includes a tub for convenience.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and a vacuum is available upon request.
This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If we are made aware of a pet on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. The laundry space is shared between all units.
