Welcome to the coziest cottage in Columbus! This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers all the comforts of home while being centrally located. You're only 15 minutes from downtown Columbus and minutes from I-185, which will take you right to Fort Moore. This home is perfect for couples, families, or friends.
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Upon entering the cottage, you'll find an open-concept layout with a living room featuring a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs, and a large Smart TV. The dining room and kitchen are just off the living room, with a kitchenette that includes a stove, microwave, and full-size fridge. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and a twin bed. A full bathroom with a tub is also available.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This cottage is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber.
The laundry space is shared between all units. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately, and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and other events are permitted only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
