The condo features an open-concept living room with two sleeper sofas, comfy chairs, and a large smart TV. Just off the living room are the dining room and kitchenette, which includes a stove, microwave, and full-size fridge. There are three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with two twin-size beds, and one with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. There is an additional sleeping space with two double beds in a shared part of the home with no door. There are also two bathrooms with a tub.

Centrally located just 15 minutes from downtown and minutes from I-185, this condo offers easy access to Fort Moore. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber.
Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Smoking and parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided.
