If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Midtown, the home is surrounded by mature trees and is only minutes away from major grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and more. However, there is no public transit in the neighborhood, so guests will need to drive or take a cab.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violation of quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left.
