The two bedrooms showcase the gorgeous, historic hardwood floors. The master has a king bed, and the second room has a queen bed. Two bathrooms allow guests to share the space with ease. Whether you are in town for the weekend or for an extended period of time, the washer and dryer are there to make your life easier. Don't forget to enjoy the fenced-in backyard, deck, and charcoal grill. It is the ideal space to unwind and appreciate your stay.
A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
The home is located in the historic downtown residential district. Situated right next to Victory Drive, the home provides easy access to Fort Moore. Enjoy a relaxing stroll on the Riverwalk, which is only a short, 3 block walk from the home. For those who enjoy longer walks, downtown Columbus is only a mile away. This home is in the perfect location to explore historic Columbus and the scenic Chattahoochee River. You can walk to the river walk, to downtown restaurants and bars, and to the convention center and theater, but if you want to leave downtown, you will want to have a car or call a cab or Uber.
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund.
