The large side yard is perfect for kids to play, and pets are welcome for a fee.
This home boasts a fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a dining room table, four comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a two-car garage, and a great yard and outdoor space for the family. It can comfortably accommodate 12 guests with five queen beds and a sofa bed. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
