A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee and must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard.

Shared spaces with the main house include the driveway and the backyard. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
