Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. If an excessive amount of trash is left at the property, there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal. Pets are permitted at this home, and you will be charged a non-refundable fee.
