A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. This is a pet-friendly home with a fee. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This home is located in a historic neighborhood with stable families. It's within walking distance to downtown and easily found by all GPS, Uber, and Lyft. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
