This home features two units. The front unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom space with gorgeous heart-pine floors and large windows. Bedroom one has a queen bed, while bedroom two includes two full beds and a trundle bed with a twin and twin pullout. The living room, centered around a unique non-functional fireplace, is perfect for enjoying movies or sports. The fully stocked kitchen allows for home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed outside on the porch. The back unit, a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom space, also boasts refinished heart-pine floors and ample natural light. It sleeps seven comfortably, with a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room for gathering around the TV. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned from the yard. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home.
