Bedroom one has a queen bed, while bedroom two includes two full beds and a trundle bed with a twin and twin pullout. The living room, centered around a unique non-functional fireplace, is perfect for enjoying movies or sports. The fully stocked kitchen allows for home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed outside on the porch. The back unit, a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom space, also boasts refinished heart-pine floors and ample natural light. It sleeps seven comfortably, with a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room for gathering around the TV. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned from the yard. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home.
Situated in a wonderful part of historic downtown Columbus, this home is a brief walk to the best restaurants and attractions, including the Riverwalk and theatre. It's only a short 15-minute drive to Columbus. Driving is recommended, and parking is available for guests. Uber and Lyft also service the area.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Damage to the home or furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras or noise monitoring technology.
