I want to share our bad experience with Cross Creek Apartments and Pegasus Property Management. They made a lot of excuses that didn't make sense, like their phones and computers not working. They also didn't keep their promise about a special deal.

The worst part is they changed my son's apartment without telling us. We spent over $500... because of their mistakes, and I had to drive a long way to try to fix things.

I'm telling you this so you don't have to go through the same problems. If you're thinking about living at Cross Creek Apartments, you might want to find a different place where they treat you better.

To the people running Pegasus Property Management: you need to fix these problems and treat your renters the right way. No one should feel unsure about where they're going to live.

So, if you're looking for a new place, please think about this story. Find somewhere where they care about you and your home.

Honest review

You get charged for community fees for the amenities that have been under renovation for 12 months now. This means there is NO laundry facilities, pool, fitness center, or clubhouse like they advertise on the website. RUN!!

Roaches and False Amenities

This place has roaches and is charging for amenities that do not exist in any capacity. They are simply playing the "it's coming soon" game which allows them to continue pocketing the money. They are plenty nice while they rope you into a contract you will soon wish to break

Exceptional Service

The application and approval process was great. The property manager Ms Pam was very efficient in responding in a timely manner and keeping me up with the status of everything! Working from home I was so pleased to learn cable and internet are included at a discounted rate. Highly recommend
