About Holly Park Square Apartments

Holly Park sits on a 5 acre wooded lot with nine single story buildings. Our apartments abut up to each other so there are front entry doors on both sides of the buildings. With only 66 units, we are a small community that takes pride in being safe,… comfortable, and very quiet. We strive to keep our prices low and the riff raff out. Our greatest amenity is peace and quiet. We do have a covered grilling area, but we do not offer gyms, pools, or chaos. I have found that most people want a safe and comfortable place to rest when the day is done. Being as we have 42 one bedroom units, 20 studios, and only 4- 2 bedroom units on the property it is rare that we have school age children around. Our community is host to military soldiers, a few 20 something students or professionals, and a variety of different ages and activity levels, who call Holly Park home. It is a fantastic place to live and I would be happy to show you around.

WONDERFUL

The atmosphere it GREAT! I love the apartments. Whatever needs to be done she’s on it. She very sweet and always there too help. I recommend all my friends and family to come move over here it’s quiet and peaceful.

Quiet and nice location, awesome, friendly, and nice landlord

I absolutely love living at this location. It is a very quiet and affordable location and the landlord is awesome. She makes your move in very smooth and give you everything you need to know about the apartments. She is a very loving person and make you feel like you at home before you even moves in. I must say that she is very welcoming and I felt as if I had been knowing her for years by just talking to her when we first met her. Anytime I need something I can call and she make sure that it… gets done right away or before that day is over. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Awesome!!

I came in and everything was so neat in the front office (smelled sooo good lol) I let them knew what I wanted and she was so nice and attentive!! I was very pleased with my tour and I love my apartment! Maintenance is on time and polite! I’ve been recommending all my friends!!!
