The staff in the office are very friendly but didn’t really help. The whole entire time I lived here I had ants. I kept going to the office to talk to the people and submitting maintenance request but no one ever came out and they were basically like “we can’t do anything about it” The bug people never came out at all the whole time I was living there. Updated review after spending some time here all the staff is friendly with the exception of the after hour crew. I realized that today on the weekend after wanting to go out for a swim that the swimming pool is locked. I called the after hours number and am told that since it's not an emergency he's not going to come by and unlock it. I only get one day off per week and told the guy that my monthly bill includes my ability to use the anemeties like the swimming pool. He pretty much said that... it's not his problem. The Lowell will not refund your security deposit, no matter what...even with NO damage! Rip off! Management and maintenance is horrible, and the place is unsafe. ...I wish I could give them NO STARS!

The amenities and the base price were excellent, until you realize they nickel and dime you on utilities, which they mislabel as “overages”. They don’t even give you a breakdown of what you went over on, it’s just a $150 add on yo your rent. And if you move out? They will do whatever it takes to take your security deposit, even if it means charging you rent for a month you’re not living there. Staff has no idea what’s going on and need to talk to the manager about everything before they answer a... basic question. Service members and students are just dollar signs to them. Terrible Place to live, rooms are distugsting, office managment are rude, and disrespectful ! I would only recommend this place to college students, who are to themselves, have no friends and like being treated like a child ..
