HiddenGem!

I love the management and staff here! By far the best managed community I've lived-in in years.
Communication is always clear, concise and timely. Work orders are always addressed consistently and promptly. Melanie runs a tight ship with a firm hand that is guided with love and passion for The Work! The negative rumors that sometimes circulate about this area are not true. This is a peaceful community with a great mix of retirees/military with neighbors that truly lookout for one another.

Everything I need :)

I looked at A LOT of apartments in the Columbus area. This one had everything on my wish list. Easy access to major highway for commute to work. Yet nestled inside greenery so you feel like you're in the country. Modern kitchen including dishwasher & garbage disposal. Large east facing balcony perfect for my plants & hummingbird feeder. Great staff, my requests for minor repairs have been cheerfully handled within 1-2 days. Plenty of parking. I have never had trouble finding a spot close to my... unit. Competitively priced. The Lodge gave me everything I was looking for at the same price being asked for by other smaller, older, less well maintained or equipped developments.
