Terrible decision

This has literally been the apartment from hell since day one . The first day I moved in my fridge, hot water and ac wasn’t working after I forced them the give me a brand new ac it goes out 3 months after that and no one does anything the maintenance people are very unprofessional and always yelling or cussing and they have no sense of urgency when it come to any problems except there when rent money is involved I wouldn’t ever tell anyone move over here seriously

Outstanding Customer Service

I had an excellent experience at Valor Pointe Apartments. Malik and Shari were both very polite, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, provided excellent customer service, and made me feel valued. The community is well maintained, and the staff truly cares about creating a positive experience for residents and prospective residents. I would highly recommend Valor Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Welcome to the Projects

Crackheads and alcoholics on every corner. Loud music playing all night. When I moved in I was promised a new stove and carpet… that was one year and 6 months ago. If it wasn’t for the affordable rent I wouldn’t live here. You get what you pay for
