Very poor maintenance

Second time in about a month the laundry facility has been locked. Either by a resident or by the electronic lock glitching out, it does not matter because an on site maintenance worker should be available in case of emergency. They either won’t or can’t hire one. Also the sprinklers keep popping out of the ceiling. I’ve given up on asking for assistance because no matter how many times they come it always breaks

Not the best but decent

Lived here 3 years! Maintenence and Management are horrible!!!!!! The complex is very hood, cops are always here and shoot outs! However the units are nice for the price it is a decent place to stay. besides the issues

HOME SWEET HOME

The management was very professional and made my process so easy!! My apartment is beautiful and peaceful. I love my new home.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

This place is a joke the ladies in the front office are snobby and rude and they expect you to pay the rent even if the person is dead!!!!! My aunt died unexpectedly and they still expected rent to be paid and it wasn't so they changed the locks on the door and would not allow us to get her stuff out. Now we are going through legal procedures. This place is disgusting!

Unnecessary mind games applied on current tenants

Experience has taught me that the rental staffs use evictions method toward tenants who ask any intelligence questions and/or check with a lawyer to verify the information given by the staffs. Tenants has legal rights to questions as well as check into what is being said to them. If management is offended by tenants consulting any legal entity for protection or knowing their legal rights there's a seriously issue with that Office. Ambling office need to address this issue and/or concern tenants… are being expose too. Tenants area financial benefit to owner(s). Manager should not be offered if a tenant check into their legal rights before signing any legal documents a safety precaution.
