The Community of Summit Phase one is about 18 Years Old and it’s Showing. Builder grade Upgrades. Impossible to heat up 2 story “townhome” which is really a Narrow Shoe box.

You have No Privacy Here. Rude Neighbors. Gate always broke, Trash Build Up. Received Constant Violations and thats a $50 Fee added to your Rent Portal.
Horrible Parking, Landscaping will make sure your car is constantly covered in Debris.

Keep Looking this community is basically a Low Income Atmosphere. Speaking of... Atmosphere, the HWY 400 is So Loud 24/7.

The apartment grounds are poorly maintained — trash is constantly overflowing, and the pool is always green and unusable. The gate is almost never working, which defeats the purpose of it being a gated community. Children are often left unsupervised, damaging cars and even running out in front of vehicles, which is a major safety concern.

The units themselves are outdated and absolutely not worth the high rent. Communication with management is frustrating, especially with Daniel, the GM, who is... consistently unresponsive and unhelpful.

Overall, this place is overpriced, unsafe, and not maintained to any acceptable standard. I would not recommend it.

This place is in great location and great community. The front office staffs are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance department in this community is amazing. Very quick response.
