Poor Shape

Poor management. Work orders submitted by residents being ignored. It took us a month and a half to get a toilet replaced. A/C went out, not blowing out cold air, took a month to get that fixed. Roaches everywhere. Pest control fee is charged with rent but they only spray under sinks and refrigerator. Utilities are supposed to be included, but they don't tell you they are added in the monthly rent, water $45, gas $15, pest control $15, trash $20, renters insurance &15, all added to your monthly... rent. Pool was rarely open, Apartments are in poor condition.

Place is crawling with roaches. Management doesn’t care. Disgusting.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

This place is INFESTED with roaches, bedbugs and mold! Numerous tenants had complained and the management won’t do anything about it. They will start neglecting you as soon as you sign that lease. The management at this complex is completely negligent. You have been warned!!!!! We are so happy to have gotten out of there with the few pieces of furniture left that didn’t have to be burned due to bug infestation.

Love this place. Close to everything. New management is really making a difference. Upgrading and improving it. I cant wait to see what all they do.
