Very clean and helpful.

My husband and visited Stone Brook a month or so ago. Debbie assisted us over the phone and provided us with a lot of helpful information.

We visited the community a day later and another person assisted us. He name was Robin. She seemed rushed to get us out the door and wasn't as nice. We applied but we didn't meet the application requirements. It's ok, as we rented a single family close by that met our needs. My husband a I wanted to leave a good review for because Debbie made us feel very... welcome. We appreciated her help. Thank you Debbie for making us feel so welcome.

Nice staff, efficient and caring.

The new staff members are a welcomed addition to the Stone Brooke community (SMP). Debbie, the property manager, works hard to provide friendly quality services to the community. The maintenance staff - Jose and Jeremy are awesome maintenance men. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Repairs are taken care in a timely manner.
