A strict non-smoking policy is in place both inside and outside of the home, with a minimum charge of $250 for odor remediation in case of violation. Guests are kindly asked to keep trash can lids closed at all times; excess trash will need to be taken with you, or an extra charge of $75 will apply if assistance is requested. Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest. An extra fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest. Events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises.
