Don’t waste your time trying find a new place. The management at this place never actually solve problems, but fine you not putting your garbage can out after 9 AM while trash pickup happens at 2-3 AM.

Avoid this place. It’s a noisy, poorly managed student dorm that’s not worth your money. The management has clearly given up, and some arrogant leasing staff makes things worse. With no insulation, you won't need to set an alarm—your neighbor can wake you up at 3 a.m. every night! Security is also lacking, and some apartments are listed online as short-term rentals by the renters

The property is poorly built with walls as thin as paper. Your neighbors can party with loud music anytime after midnight, and non-residents freely use the gym. The elevator always has a smell. The leasing office won't solve any concerns or reply to any emails. Additionally, some agents are very impatient with tenants.

I lived here for 18 months. The Jacuzzi is broken never hot. Pool area is wrecked by teens that don’t even live there. The furniture is all stained and smoke burnt marks at the pool area. Extremely noisy. The side gate is always broken so anyone can walk into the complex. The gate for the car park is always broken. The door buzzer is broken. The door is always broken and open. One word to describe the staff at Scott Crossings.........AMAZING!!!! The staff which includes Stanley, Stefon, Desi & Courtney are all so pleasant every time I come into the Office. It really makes a huge difference on how you enjoy living some where. Heres a little back story...... I was relocated from Los Angeles to Atlanta and had a limited amount of time to find a place. I knew the area of interest was Decatur because I loved how many stores and restaurants were walkable in the area. I... took a look at all of the apartments in the area and had made a choice on an apartment that wasn't Scott Crossings. Before I signed my lease I received a call from a gentleman named Stefon about a scheduled tour with him. I let him know that I was no longer interested and that I had found a place. He was super pleasant about it and we joked about how his community had way more amenities, which was true. It made me second guess my decision and I also wanted to be closer to the shops and restaurants. So I scheduled a tour with him for the next day (best decision I made) My boyfriend and I met with him at Point on Scott and I liked the those apartments but I was not yet sold so he suggested we take a walk across the street to the sister property which was Scott Crossing. He thought it would be more my speed and the community was brand new!! As soon as we entered the building I knew that I was home.
