DO NOT RENT HERE! Under this new management, I’ve had the worst experience. The place smells like dog poop and trash because they refuse to maintain trash stations for pet waste- it piles up and onto the floor. They charge for “valet trash” but they don’t pick up trash. There is a rat infestation in the corridors. Management is very manipulative- they blame the rat problem on recycle bins in the front of the apartments just so they don’t have to hire maintenance workers to take the trash out. If... you try to contact them, they will ignore you completely. I’ve had maintenance requests open for over a month and no service was provided. In the gym, the treadmills don’t even work. The water is yellow in the fountain. There is black mold inside the apartments. Everyone living here is soooo unhappy now under this new Arden Vue and management doesn’t care as long as they are making money.
