I like living in the Cortland bt there are certain issues that need to be addressed regarding illicit substance in a non smoking complex. The team and and maintenance staff are great along with a quiet complex.

Updated apartments, helpful staff, safe, easy parking, and most importantly- no roaches! I’ve lived in 2 different apartments in this community and both have been very nice and a great experience. I would definitely recommend living here to someone searching for an apartment in Decatur.

Definitely a place you should consider moving too. The apartments are new and the neighbors are awesome

I have been living in Cortland Viridian since past 2 months. So far, the experience with the team and living here has been comfortable and peaceful. Apart from that, all the amenities in the property are very accessible and the team from the leasing office are very responsive and friendly.
