East Perimeter Pointe - Great Experience!
I've lived at East Perimeter Pointe for the past 12 months, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff, especially Kim, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth. She was incredibly sweet and always addressed any issues I had in a timely manner. From the moment I moved in, any concerns I brought up were taken care of immediately, which made living here stress-free. The complex is well-maintained, and the management really puts effort into making sure residents are... happy. Highly recommend!

Amazing Experience
This environment is absolutely wonderful to live in. The staff is amazing especially Kim, always resourceful, noble and kind. She is always eager to assist in whatever way she can.

Stay Away!!!
This complex is rittled with roaches and insects. From the first day I moved in, I've been fighting roaches and ants. The maintenance team are rude and will close out requests prior to be completed. There's always trash outside of the dumpsters leaving a horrible smell near the apartments near it. The administration staff are very rude and are not willing to work with anyone. The few times I've went in the office, they always looked at me as if I wasn't suppose to be there. The apartments are... also rundown; there will be leaks, there will be mold in the bathroom or near the entrance into the apartment, and chucks of drywall or ceilling will fall down during rain storms. After a few months of living here, you will notice that some of the bumps on the walls are painted over dead insects. Our AC went out during the summer and we had to stay at a hotel since the comolex took a week to have someome fix it. This place is not fit for people to live in at all!!
