Terrible Maintenance and Mold

The leasing management have terrible communication and do not handle any maintenance issues. My bathroom ceiling has been leaking since October and it is now April 30th and not only is it leaking but now it has mold. My living room and kitchen also has a leak and has caused my fuse box to blow. Nobody has yet to come fix it and I keep getting ignored but when I told them I’m not renewing my lease and I am putting my 60 days notice in then they respond asking will my rent be completely paid. They... are terrible and are only concerned with the outside appearance.

Cool living spot

Complex is quite and clean. Security cameras. Close to everything walking distance. Quick response to maintenance issues which are scarce. Great Landord!

Rude office manager

The office manager is rude. He seems unable to answer questions professionally. Example I ask when will banging stop above me. His answer is they’re working they will be done when they are done.

wouldn’t recommend

huge bug issue. they never answer the phone. i never even saw maintenance we fixed everything ourself.
