Vivo hace 17 años en Creekside de Pleasantdale.

He pasado por muchos nuevos dueños, y Manager,nunca dejaré de elogiar a nuestra primera Manager,maravillosa persona,atenta servicial junto al dueño del complejo.
Se comenzó a vender el complejo , teniendo muchos problemas , ya que no dejaron ni a la manager ni al Handyman.. Entonces nadie sabía nada.
Llegó una Manager llamada GIGI ,que se fue un día sin aviso, con el sr de mantención ,dejándome sin hiring sin calefacción y sin agua caliente ,fecha que cayó nieve.. no había comunicación con… nadie ni con la empresa
Enterandome que existía conexión con otros departamentos que estaban afiliados.
Apareció nueva Manager llamada Sra María..junto con Don Roberto
El complejo tuvo un cambio radical todo cambió, ambos preocupados , dando atención rápida a las necesidades..
Recomiendo su aplicación a vivir en estos departamentos
Don Roberto un sr experto,y con conocimiento profesional.honesto confiable
El complejo a tenido un avance en responsabilidades ante las necesidades que uno necesita.

Worst place ever

In all honesty, save your money. First, the manager makes excuses everytime something is broken or needs fixing. Next, the handyman has zero idea of what he is doing. He fixes things and then you’ll be calling them back to fix the same issue in 2 weeks tops! Overall, if i could give negative amount of stars I would…..DO BETTER CREEKSIDE

Great Place!!!

I have been living here for 2 years, excellent customer Service with Gigi and now with Maria, alway willing to help everybody, fast attention to concerns, quiet communityl. I really enjoy living here and I would happily recommend creekside to anyone..

This community has really come up ever since Gigi came in. She’s been nothing but helpful, friendly, and understanding among all. The dedication she has for this community is amazing. I enjoy living here and I would happily recommend creekside to anyone..
