Sweet 16 I have been a resident at Merritt At Sugarloaf for 16 years! There is a reason why.
I have received excellent service and value as a resident. The people in the front office have typically been very professional and courteous to me. They assist with keeping my annual renewal as low as possible.
The maintenance staff is exceptional. I have had all my needs, and then some, addressed timely and satisfactorily. They do their job with a smile, too!

Love living here We have been here for coming up on 20 years. The living space, the forest and landscape, the peaceful area nd great neighbors all make living here an ideal experience. The location is convenient to everything nearby. I always feel secure and safe here

Love living here The staff here at Merritt are very responsive and helpful. Anytime I have a question about anything, they are very helpful and considerate. I only had 1 issue during the renewal process. I had to wait about 2 weeks for a response from the corporate office regarding a question that I had.
