Please go and ask to see a floor model of the property before you put any money down. When you drive around the grounds there are a lot of units in need of new windows, there are blinds which are severely torn, a mailbox center which was completely in need of being immediately removed from the premises due to rust. I made the mistake of basing my decision to move here based upon the photos because I live out of state. Once I came to the state to see my... residence I was appalled ( to say the least). I asked to see a floor model and I was told there were none available? How would a company ask someone to invest their money into living quarters without being able to make an informed decision. They state on their website that this is one of their policies because they want satisfied residences. I have yet to hear back from a regional mgr after leaving several messages. If the inside of the development looks anything like the maintenance of the upkeep of the external I would not be surprised.
