Failure to set trash out for scheduled pick up incurs a fee. In the event of a system failure, neither the property owner nor the management shall be liable to the guest for damages, and no refunds will be given. Management will make an effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system or equipment. Management will not assume liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Guests are recommended to carry or obtain insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. All payments are non-refundable. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation will be refunded, minus any applicable fees. For cancellations made after 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in, all payments will be forfeited.
