I’ve been living here for over 7 years and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The community is welcoming, the amenities are well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally.

What stands out most is the sense of community here. The events feel like neighborhood get togethers with lots of life and good converstation and laughter, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home.

The location is convenient, with quick access to... everything you need. Its tucked right along a cute quiet neighborhood where you can walk your dogs or to the hidden amphitheater that's less than a 2 minute drive. Other places in the area are on the same property as bars and restaurants I don't feel comfortable with that at this stage of my life.

I can honestly say that the only reason I would consider moving is to purchase a home. Until then, I’m more than happy to continue calling this place my home. Read More

Marijuana odor circulates through our apartment nearly every night of the week. We have been here for a year and have complained about this issue FOR MONTHS to staff with no results. It's incredibly disappointing that we have to pay such a premium price to live here, expected to fulfill the terms and rules of the lease, yet restricted from terminating the lease early because of this marijuana odor issue while the staff fails to hold other residents accountable for breaking those rules and terms... that simultaneously negatively affect the quality of life of other residents. Odor of marijuana cycles through the building nearly every night. Complained to the staff for months with no effective outcome of ending it. Would not recommend apartment to anyone. Way too expensive to be burdened nearly every night by the smell of marijuana. Good luck

The staff is awesome! I’ve never had to wait for any request! I moved here 2years ago with the plans of moving but I love it so much I have no plans to leave. The atmosphere is so peaceful, everyone is so respectful of one another. The grounds are impeccable! Thx for a wonderful experience! Leigh Street
