Poor in community amenities
They were remodeling when they allowed us to tour which was understandable. However, thier own paperwork stated utilities included in rent yet they didn't even know that was in thier paperwork. Then they stated the prices were a misquote since they went up then on top of that since they made upgrades to the water pipes there was an additional $30 water charge but you were still responsible for your own water bill.
The pool advertised is a swamp. I asked if they would ever get it fixed and was... told an unequivocal NO. Too much of a liability they said. So basically no amenities other than community washer and dryers...2 of each for a large apartment complex. The units do NOT have refrigerators though they have a dishwasher. The parking and drive areas are beat up and patchworked.
Yet the new pricing now makes these apartments as expensive as the nicer newer built ones just a mile or two away with pools, playgrounds, car wash station, and a dog park. With washer dryer hookups in the apartments along with all appliances a kitchen needs...including refrigerators.
