Benson Estates Apartments

The property management let maintenance issues fall to the wayside including broken laundry machines (4 months), burnt out exterior lights (6 months) and leaking window panes (1 year).

This has been the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The staff here has gone above and beyond customer service. This is my new home and Michael and Sabrina have made sure I was at home. I had a 10 o’clock appt on my move in date and I was a bit early but they were ready everything was ready. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done. Thank you Sabrina and Michael of Benson Estates. I love, love, love it here.

I currently live here and enjoying it EXCEPT for one major issue. That major issue is that the buildings are not pre-wired for cable, though it states in "Features" above that it is cable ready. The only internet service available is AT&T who happens to offer the slowest internet that I've ever heard of. I can't say that I've been anywhere in the United States in the past 20 years and encountered new buildings that were not wired for the most common cable companies in the area. Had I known... that the only service available to the apartments is AT&T, I most likely would have passed on moving here. The place deserves 4 to 5 stars but I can only give it 2 since it is not wired to meet my needs. A lot of my work is done remotely and 24Mbps AT&T internet is nowhere near fast enough. Read More
