I have lived at Treetop for the past year, and I can certain say that the new management isn't what they show themselves as. The community of this place is actually pretty good and the residents are nice. However, the new ownership changed the atmosphere of this place. They are very strict on animals! It used to be that if you have a pet you pay a pet deposit and pet visits from friends or family was allow. Now with the new management, you are NOT allow to have any animals on the property, which… includes friend's pets or pet sitting for a day if not an hour, unless you pay a pet deposit for it too. They say they are military friendly but the term "military friendly" isn't what you would think, I was getting ready to PCS so I was in the moving out stage. They will find any means to take your security deposit from you, that even includes AC filters, light bulbs, small chip wall paint, window blinds, and doors that seems to be "unfit for service". Like most businesses, the people will do what they can to get as much money out of you because in their mind set, they will never see you again. With the new remodeling of the place, which looks awesome, the prices have risen which is understandable, however it still doesn't mean to "swingle" out of as money from the resident that has been faithful.

I advise that this place is good for residents with no pets and single families only. As I have been here, the only complains I got was my kids being to loud (5 years and 9 years old),and my 22lbs dog was being disruptive.

But if work is already stressful and your looking to relax at home, this place has it moment were you wish you didn't move here because of every "issue" from the management that might arise.

Don't go by the bad reviews! This place is under new owner/ management. They have been so great during my pcs move. My apartment is nice and clean!!!! The pool is beautiful! Give this place a try! Anything you need...they are here. They have exceptional customer service! Price is good and we feel safe. Great place to call home.

I am a knew resident of TreeTop Apartments. My family and I stay in a very comfortable three bedroom apartment. We first met with a very professional Property Manager that was very knowledgeable and absolutely helpful. Her guidance with Military moves and explaining in detail about everything with paperwork made my families PCS a stress relief. We even met with the two maintenance staff members that ensured us of problem free appliances and a central air, air system that will stay cold. I like… the fact that if any issues arise I can call 24/7 and maintenance will solve it fast. My wife and I are very pleased with our new home. We have all new everything and the remodel has made us feel like we are in a home that is up to date with all the new styles of today. My son loves his new room and all the play room available for him to get out all his toys. Most wonderful thing we all enjoy is the pool that is always very clean and properly managed by a professional pool and spa company daily. The Property Manager has even provided very nice pool side outdoor table and chair sets with umbrellas and a very nice big cooking grill that we use to enjoy a sunny Saturday family cookout.
