The Collective at Kennesaw Apartments

The collective The houses are poorly built thin walls and doors. No amenities and pool is usually dirty. The land is not level very hilly back yard, the grass is so bad we had to lay our own turf because management wouldn’t do anything about it. The stove takes forever to heat anything up, and the dryer takes forever to dry clothes. A/C goes out constantly throughout the summer. RENT IS WAY TOO HIGH for these poorly built houses overall

The Haven is a nice apartment complex but it is poorly made. My biggest complaint is the parking. There is TWO guest spots TOTAL for the entire “complex” and I can promise you won’t ever get them. On top of that, they hired a towing company to go around and put those huge orange stickers on any cars who aren’t parked correctly. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody especially for the amount of money you would pay. Do yourself a favor and rent a house, go to a different complex... or anything else. Read More
