AWFUL

Do not rent here! The entire complex is overcrowded, people party in the pool until 2am and are being extremely loud, trash everywhere, roaches, the hallways stink and are warped! Its a disaster! Run away while you can!

We completely understand how frustrating ongoing noise concerns can be, and we truly appreciate you bringing them to our attention.

If you experience excessive noise after hours, such as loud neighbors or pool gatherings, please contact our… courtesy officer while the issue is occurring so they can respond in real time. If you notice neighbors leaving trash outside their doors, we would greatly appreciate it if you could send us photos with a visible timestamp. This documentation allows us to address lease violations promptly and take the appropriate action.

Regarding your pest concerns, our community receives professional pest control service each week. If you notice any pest activity, particularly in common areas, please let us know as soon as possible so we can have the affected area inspected and treated promptly.

Appliance maintenance Submitted multiple tickets towards regarding the ice maker on the freezer not making ice. Finally received a maintenance tech who submitted for the refrigerator to be replace. Next visit, different maintenance tech came and did not replace the refrigerator to address the issue.
