Do Not Lease With Them!

Maintenance/ Management is absolutely terrible I’ve been dealing with black mold and spiders for the longest time they don’t do pest control, or change out air filters and they ignore all work order requests. My fire alarm has been take down by maintenance and never replaced my kitchen lights have been out for months and my AC has now been broken for weeks. The office is literally there for show because none of them actually do their jobs and I work at an apartment complex as a leasing... consultant so I know how things are supposed to be handled. Do Not Lease With Them!

terrible

I put my application in at the end of august. They called me two days later just to tell me I’m approved and that I need to give them my deposit. Turns out my credit was only approved. After that they kept losing pieces to my application and I had to keep going up there to fill out the missing papers. Then they couldn’t verify my income so I had to go up there for the fifth time. After all that bull crap they tell me I make to much even thin my work weeks aren’t even forty hours. This place is... bogus and will get your hopes up for nothing

I got approved beginning of September..now 3 weeks before moving in , apparently I’m over qualified.. very disappointed &’ confused about this entire process

Disappointing

We were approved but then they said we were approve. Apparently they said we make too much, over $38,000 for 3 people however we only make $24,000. These guys are liars and will get your hopes up just to destroy them.
We also have a deadline at the end of October to move, and now we're scrambling to find a place because of you guys.
Thanks for nothing.
P.S. I better get my deposit back.
