Transparent and Polite

My husband and I have searched months for the right apartment that would fit our needs and several times we never even made it to the apartment because of the staff being rude, bothered and hard to deal with. No Thanks….
When we stopped in at the Exchange to view an apartment and get some information, Ma. Layla went above and beyond. She was polite and transparent and exceptionally patient with my husbands many questions! I say go now if you’ve been looking to live in the Lagrange area! Top… Notch Establishment!

The apartment complex is generally well-maintained, but there are significant issues. The walls are incredibly thin; I can hear the toilet flushing from the unit above. Parking is also a major problem most nights. On several occasions, I’ve had to park near buildings 6 or 7, despite living in building 4. In my last survey, I suggested assigning designated parking spots, but it seems that idea wasn’t taken seriously. Additionally, I disagree with the new valet trash and insurance policies.… Existing residents should have been grandfathered in under the old terms. Small considerations like these make a big difference when deciding on lease renewals.
