The apartment complex is generally well-maintained, but there are significant issues. The walls are incredibly thin; I can hear the toilet flushing from the unit above. Parking is also a major problem most nights. On several occasions, I’ve had to park near buildings 6 or 7, despite living in building 4. In my last survey, I suggested assigning designated parking spots, but it seems that idea wasn’t taken seriously. Additionally, I disagree with the new valet trash and insurance policies.... Existing residents should have been grandfathered in under the old terms. Small considerations like these make a big difference when deciding on lease renewals.
