I’ve had an excellent experience living here. The property is consistently quiet, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained, which makes it a comfortable and peaceful place to call home. The property manager is attentive, professional, and very responsive, and addresses concerns promptly and efficiently. Maintenance is equally dependable and does an excellent job resolving issues quickly and thoroughly.

The complex is situated in a safe, peaceful, and tucked-away area while still being… conveniently close to town. It offers easy access to everything you need without the constant traffic and congestion that often comes with living closer to the center of LaGrange. Overall, the combination of a well-maintained property, attentive management, reliable maintenance, and a convenient location makes this a wonderful place to live. Just don't. I visited the property several times before I signed a lease, apparently, I didn't visit enough. I strongly suggest you ask to sit in the apartment you are leasing for a couple of hours before you sign the lease. It's been one issue after another since I moved in in April. The noise, the cleanliness, and the guest of your neighbors can be a lot more than you expect. I've asked several times for help in resolving issues and the most I've gotten is "give me time to fix it". I've been… here going on 3 months and it's still not "fixed". There is a reason the rent is lower here than other complexes. Dog poo, cigarette butts and food are thrown over the balcony in front of my patio. I had to go through a background check and credit check before I moved in. Apparently, that doesn't apply to everyone. Just don't. You really do get what you pay for. Read More
