They don't keep records
Most businesses as a customer courtesy keep timely and accurate records Chestnut Village does not! I gave them $25 for a background check and fully completed an application for a senior apt and was told at the time that the background check would be completed. An apartment becomes available 6 months later and was informed by management but told that I would have to submit another $25 as the background check wasn't performed and they have no record of it!!! Shame on you Chestnut Village!!!!
