Great Service

I have lived at Madison Trails for over a year now. Becca and Demetrius and the team always are willing to help with any issue. I recently decided to renew my lease due to thr wonderful management and service. Great Job Team!

1. Spacious 1,2,3 bedroom spaces on three floors accessible via wide stairs; 2. New energy efficient appliances (cooker, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer), well sealed doors and windows with little or no noise from Neighbour’s; 3. Spacious well landscaped and maintained compound with lots of free parking and five (5) electric car charging stations; 4. Swimming pool and Club house to hang out, play pool, work, relax and free gourmet coffee; 5. Gated community accessible via app-based front… and back gate; 6. App-based door step valet garbage pickup service five time a week and; 7. State of the art gym and mail room with app-based delivery reminder; 8. Responsive and customer oriented facility management services for any electrical, fixtures, plumbing or other issues via the App or phone; 9. Finally, I have been here 7+ months and spend both winter and summer. Madison Trail … it is time … to come home.
