Greystone at Creekwood

My unit is outdated, it has fluorescent lights in the kitchen and the laundry room, the laundry room light takes a second to turn on when the switch is flipped, the floors in the kitchen are old and has burns and tears in it, the master bathroom floor has a giant yellow stain that we can’t get out, the paint on the kitchen cabinets are peeling almost completely off and needs repainted, maintenance request has been submitted for the cabinet, no response yet, the light switch cover in the second... bedroom closet is broken, and the hand towel racks in both bathrooms are placed behind the door, also the bottom plugs on the main door wall don’t work. I really don’t feel like the money for rent is worth it and I still have to put in maintenance requests for a lot so hopefully it’ll get fixed, and the floors and cabinets were mentioned to the lady on move in day, and she said she’d put in requests. Quiet, peaceful area. Has plenty of amenities to use around the area. Fairly close to shopping stores. Apartment is clean and cozy. Great for a new start for a family!

I enjoy living here. It is very peaceful and quiet. Super clean and in a nice area. The employees are always willing to help. Thank you Creekside!

Overall, it’s nice living here. Ppl do move in and out quite frequently though, usually less than a year. The pool could be cleaner and workout area needs some upgrades due to broken and outdated equipment. It is safe and close to most food spots, grocery stores, and shopping stores.

I have really enjoyed living here!! Very quiet community and great amenities. I especially like that it is dog friendly! Staff and maintenance are great!!
