Awesome Community

I had the best experience! The ladies in the office are absolutely awesome, and the communication has been top tier from start to finish. Ms. Keshia and Ms. Michelle are true rock stars — definitely a 10/10 experience!

If you’re looking for a new place to move, make Novo Stockbridge your first choice. You will not be disappointed!

New Happy Resident

Novo is the newest apartment to the Lithia Springs area and truly the best for my family and I. The Office Managers Ms. Keisha and Ms. Michelle made this process smooth and stress free. I was so impressed by their empathy to our situation and understanding to our needs. Our 2 bedroom is spacious and all the appliances are brand new. I recommend NOVO to all looking for fresh start and a clean environment. You can call the office for any questions or concerns they always answer the phone. The… pool just open and my son can't wait to jump in. Thank you Staff, God Bless you and your family.

No screened patio!

This place was everything that I wanted until, I was told that I couldn't put screen on my patio. It is the South with plenty mosquitoes, bees, flies and I have 2 cats!

Great living!

The space is very nice and spacious. Perfect for me and my daughter! I do wish that the rooms were a bit bigger but as I stated before everything else is very spacious. The trail and lounge are wonderful and the fitness center is very nice.
