We applied and sent in our info and every time I called they didn’t pick but when my roommate called they did pick. The main issue was that they make you wait until they confirm your info and then they will hold the apartment. The issue with that was that you can only submit you paystub from a downloaded pdf NOT a print to pdf file most big employer websites will only allow print to PDF. Every bad review is true. I am so depressed that I am stuck in a years lease. Very old, very unkept, very unprofessional, very rude, dog poo everywhere even on tennis courts. Trash everywhere. EXTREMELY high water bill. Please don't rent here.

If you love having your cars broken into , stomping , clog dancing neighbors , your oven not EVER working , maintenance not responding to any of your work orders and half assing them when they do come “fix” it , having to clean your own unit prior to moving in, then you’ll fall in LOVE with this place . If i could give this 0 stars I would .

This place is very unorganized trying to get an apartment here is the worst GOODLUCK . They don’t inform you of all the rules until after you have already spent money to fill out the application. Complete pointless ! They never answer the phone & the people who died are RUDE . I recommend you guys try applying to a different apartment this one is terrible

I have tried to get in before the rent special was due I filled out the app a while ago and I have called and still have not heard anything, now the special is over and I still have not heard anything...guess this place not for everyone
